Kürti Timea Melinda
I was born in Zalău in 1980. My fathers name is István Kürti and my mother is Püsök Gizella. Transylvania means a lot to me. The people are very friendly, hospitable and charitable. Our oldish veteran Meses mountain has opened the gates for all of us.
My childhood was more or less careless. The year 1996 brought sweeping changes… My father's early death, followed by my mother removal transformed my life for good…
I studied foreign languages in highschool. I had the oportunity to study English and German. I liked German that much, that I have decided to study in German…
Cluj Napoca represented a small edge of the wedge in my life. Everybody is changing in a in a whole new millenium. This is our human reaction to everyday life-challenges.
History and librarian studies took part of my daily life. I studied at the Babeş-Bolyai university. 2002 was a great moment in my life. I finished university.
I also have the chance to work at the TV Studio TVR Cluj. I helped at the german broadcast. I teached history in Zalău.
In 2004 my dream came true. I was accepted at the Danube University from Austria. I have also the chance to work at the ETH Library from Zurich.
God helps us all!
